RS alpha lipoic acid is used by the late Dr. Burt Berkson who’s used it to reverse terminal pancreatic cancer cases, cirrhosis of the liver, etc. RS alpha lipoic acid is a prescription drug in Europe for peripheral neuropathy. Theoretically the R form is better but the research has been done on the RS form according to Dr. Burt Berkson. So that’s what him and his son were using at their clinic.

Olive oil oxidizes far less when it heats than other oils. It is a myth not to cook with it on high heat. The smoking is not the same as oxidization.
